The European Parliament’s Research Service has published an evaluation document on Improving the resilience of critical entities.
The material concerns the European Commission’s proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the resilience of critical entities, COM (2020) 829. The document contains an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the EC Impact Assessment accompanying the above mentioned proposal, submitted on 16 December 2020 and referred to the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.
